The ones everybody asks
Is it legal for someone else to drive my car?
Yes. As the registered owner you may authorise any licensed driver to operate your vehicle, the same as you would a family member. Every Drive Home driver holds a valid Singapore licence.
What about insurance?
Your own motor policy covers the vehicle, and most comprehensive policies in Singapore allow a driver other than the policyholder — worth a quick check with your insurer. Our drivers also carry Prestige Valet's own cover. Ask us for the specifics.
Do you drive manual, or an EV?
Both, at no extra charge. Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll send a driver who's comfortable with your car.
How long will you wait for me?
Fifteen minutes, free, on every booking. After that it's S$15 per 15 minutes. Cancel before your driver arrives and there's no charge at all.
What if no driver is free?
We'll tell you straight away rather than accept the booking and leave you waiting. You'll know within a couple of minutes, not an hour.
How do I pay?
PayNow at the end of the trip, with a receipt on WhatsApp. Corporate and venue accounts can be invoiced monthly — ask us.
